Flexpipe Systems adds talent to the Sales & Marketing Team and Updates operations.

January 9, 2006 - Flexpipe Systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. K. Dean Zipse as Vice President, Sales & Marketing and Sue Benny as Senior Sales Representative.

Dean joins Flexpipe with 20 years of Energy industry related experience, having served most recently as Sales Manager (Canada & Europe) at Tesco Corporation. There he was responsible for operations and business development in the exciting area of innovative technologies. Previously, Mr. Zipse was a founding partner of Wellco Energy Services Trust, where he gained valuable oilfield engineering, supervisory, management, and related business experience, running and developing both private and public oilfield service companies. He has also worked for a major international oil & gas operator in the Gulf of Mexico.

Ms. Benney joined Flexpipe in September, 2005; bringing with her a wealth of industry sales experience. Sue moved to Flexpipe from Core Laboratories where she was responsible for the growth and development of the Reservoir Fluids sales team and new business opportunities.

Operational Update

Flexpipe is pleased to report on the following exciting milestones achieved through the dedication and efforts of its exceptional workforce in 2005, we have;

• Expanded our pipe sales into the United States markets
• Relocated to a 140,000sqft manufacturing facility
• Added a second production line more than doubling production capability
• Achieved a milestone; selling over 1,000,000 meters of pipe
• Received its Partnership in Safety and Certificate of Recognition (COR)
• Engineered and introduced a new lower cost fitting system
• Introduced a 150ANSI gas pipe product, expanding our pipe product offering
• Continued with a flawless track record of zero in-service failures
• In addition to community support work we do with the Impact Society, Flexpipe also “adopted three families” through the Mustard Seed organization.
